JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-09-2024 This is an application for quashing the of the impugned order dated 06.06.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 by which the court below has taken the cognizance of the offences under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage i.e. at the stage of discharge.
