The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raushangan (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that from the F.I.R., it is apparent that the alleged recovery of country made liquor has been made from the two vehicles. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicles.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.61877 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
