No. 31823 of 2025 whereby this Court has extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner and directed to surrender and furnish bail-bond within four weeks.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that on account of the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bailbond within the period stipulated.
