2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, 50 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle which belongs to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise,1st, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023.
