The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and in the instant case, they have been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Further learned counsel submits that F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
