The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and in the instant case, they have been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Further learned counsel submits that F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

No.61433 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Tarari P.S.
