2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2023 in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 635 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20/(b)(ii) (A) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 29.16 grams of Charas has been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submits that the recovery is of 29.16 grams which is of small quantity.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the recovery of the small quantity, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 635 of 2023.
7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gopalganj police station on 1st Sunday of every month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
