The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants boarded on three motorcycles surrounded the vehicle of the informant and looted Rs. 58,200, a laptop, Micro ATM Machine, Credit & debit Register, Register for opening the account, 20 pass books of the customer, cheque book, keys of the vehicle, Mouse, Murpho machine and two mobile phones

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of coaccused Pappu Kumar who has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61728 of 2018. The petitioner is accused in five other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition out of which he is on bail in all the 5 cases. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017.

The application stands allowed.
