1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That present petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, Direction / Directions commanding to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and permit them to continue on his respective post of "Matric" and "Hafiz"

Patna High Court CWJC No.17982 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 respectively and also for a direction to respondents to payments of the arrear of salary to the petitioners with effect from 21.12.2017."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
