That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ /writs, order/orders, direction / directions to the respondents to make appointment of the petitioner in accordance with Bihar Outstanding Sportsperson Appointment Rules 2009 (amended time to time), who is an aspirant of Kabbadi."

Patna High Court CWJC No.14699 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
