The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 347 of 2018 (Session Trial No. 386 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that neither any looted articles nor any incriminating material have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.08.2018.

Case No. 347 of 2018.
