JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 19-03-2018 This writ petition has been brought under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 15.03.2018, this writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of other remedies available in law. However, the liberty part granted to the petitioner has not been recorded in the order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4525 of 2018 (3) dt.19-03-2018 Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the petitioner.

The contention of the petitioner seems to be correct.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 15.03.2018 be read as dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of any other remedy which may be available in law.
