2. Considering the nature of relief as sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petition, the petitioners may avail their right, as and when, any advertisement is published and due weightage as claimed by the petitioners be given to them in accordance with the Bihar Subordinate Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) Cadre Rules, 2023.
