The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2012 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Yadav, and the said Sanjay Yadav has already been acquitted by the trial court vide judgment and order dated 17th of November 2016 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77519 of 2019(7) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 511 of 2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 129/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
