To issue an appropriate order/s, direction including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondents to grant the 1st and IInd ACP to the husband of the petitioner and her pension may be fixed on revise pay scale.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
