The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. Petitioner no. 1 is fatherin-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. So far as petitioners are concerned, petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and they are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
