2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 392, 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other co-accused have committed loot and took away the vehicle. The petitioner was found in the vehicle when it met with an accident.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72517 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner is accused in 16 more cases of serious and similar nature.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The District Judge; Aurangabad, District Judge; Jehanabad, District Judge; Gaya and District Judge; Patna are directed to expedite the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner which falls in their jurisdiction.
