Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No.2 and the State.

The petitioner No.2 is apprehending his arrest in Barachatty P.S. case No.398 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of S.D.J.M., Sherghatty at Gaya. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner No.2, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.2.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52022 of 2013 (6) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 the Petitioner No.2 to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
