The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 18 of the POCSO Act and under section-66 of the I. T.Act.

Prosecution case in short is that the informant was going to the house of a friend situated near Bachari College and in course of returning the petitioner caught her with ill intention. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-08-2019. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner and the victim belong to the same village. The petitioner has been

Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with POCSO Case No. 52 of 2019 arising out of Piro P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019.
