JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for payment of various death-cum-retiral benefits after the death of the husband of the petitioner on 10.07.2000.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed a supplementary counter affidavit, wherein, in paragraphs no. 7 to 10, it is stated that all the death-cum-retiral benefits of the petitioner has stood paid and there is no subsisting grievances.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10492 of 2017(6) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 respondents no. 2 to 5, nothing survives for consideration, hence the present writ petition stands dismissed.
