The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 registered under sections 341, 323, 447, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they caught hold the leg and hand of the informant's daughter and other co-

No.70131 of 2023(3) dt.16-01-2024 2/3 accused person, namely, Ratan Kumar caused cut injury by sickle on the neck of his daughter due to which she sustained injury and later on she died during the course of her treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. No any specific allegations been levelled against the petitioners rather the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused, namely, Ratan Kumar who caused cut injury on the neck of the informant's daughter. It is further submitted from para-9 of this petition that there is case and counter case between both the parties. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 01.07.2023.
The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the custody of the petitioners, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
