The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the dispute is civil in nature.
