The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, informant in bank employee and during office time, four miscreants entered into his bank and on pistol point they took the informant and his coworker under their control and looted an amount of Rs. 3,04,170/- from the table drawer , Aadhar card of informant and some other documents and thereafter they fled away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither the petitioner is named in the FIR not put on TIP. No looted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66764 of 2022(4) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He is remanded in this case from Mahnar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022 and custody in this case since 19.7.2022. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022.
