1. The petitioners have filed the Writ petition for the following reliefs:
"A. For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to release Rs.
5,05,000/- (Five Lakh Five Thousand only) in favour of Petitioners against the supply of Printer Cartridges made in
2/4 pursuant to the purchase order contained in letter dated 05.06.2015 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3.
B. For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to pay the statutory as well as penal interest over the aforesaid payable amount from its due date of release upto till the date of its actual payment foe inordinate delay caused in payment of the legitimate claim of the Petitioners and unnecessary harassment caused to them.
C. Alternatively it is prayed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to return the 100 nos. of 88A cartridges in the same condition as it was supplied to the respondents along with its lot nos. in pursuant to the purchase order contained in letter dated 05.06.2015
3/4 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3 forthwith.
D. For any other relief(s) for which the Petitioners are entitled.

At the outset, Learned counsel for petitioners contended that since this matter is squarely covered under the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 3858 of 2022 (Nripendra Kumar Sinha Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.), this writ petition may also be disposed of on the same term and conditions.
3. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents.
4. In light of the aforesaid order passed in Nripendra Kumar Sinha (supra), the present Writ petition is also disposed off in similar terms with a direction that the Respondents shall forthwith make payment of the admitted outstanding dues to be paid to the petitioners, in any case not later than four weeks from today. It is further directed that in case, any claim of the
4/4 petitioners is disputed or does not find favour with the Respondent authorities, a reasoned order shall be passed within the same time frame and duly communicated to the petitioners.
5. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
