The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner in collusion with her husband misappropriated government money. It is submitted that petitioner has already deposited the alleged misappropriated money vide Annexure-2 (series) annexed with this petition. Co-accused has already been granted bail. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

No.1327 of 2023(3) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 394 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
