1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Special P.P. for the State, Sadanand Paswan.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to move the learned trial Court seeking regular bail. It is further submitted that all offences under the IPC are bailable except Section 354(B) of the IPC. It is next submitted that prima facie no offence under the SC/ST Act is made out.

3. Permission is accorded, in the event, if the appellants surrender on or before 22.07.2024. The learned trial court shall dispose of the case on the same day.
