2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the Examination Controller, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura to publish his result in respect of Graduation Part III of year 2019 which has not been issued till date, despite repeated request made by the Principal of the college concerned, namely K.P.College, Murliganj, Madhepura as well as the application of the petitioner forwarded by the Principal.

3. Learned Advocate for the B.N.Mandal University

Patna High Court CWJC No.15530 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 refuted the contention and submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court without approaching the concerned University, however, he fairly submitted that if the grievance of the petitioner is genuine, the University shall look into the matter and do the needful.

4. Having considered the fair submission of learned Advocate for the University, the present writ petition stands disposed off, with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 3 alongwith the order of this Court, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall examine the record and issue necessary results/certificates in favour of the petitioner, if there is no other impediment, in accordance with law, preferably within a further period of eight weeks.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
