ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 7.5.2013 by which the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in Sessions Trial No. 353 of 2012 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 476 of 2011 has refused to discharge the Petitioner.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks discharge on question of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
