2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that he solemnized the marriage of his daughter with Rakesh Sah on 29.05.2023, in accordance with Hindu rites and rituals. However, on 19.05.2025, he received information that her husband, in collusion with his family members, had killed his daughter due to the non-fulfillment of additional dowry demands.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on malafide intention and ulterior motive. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and is living separately with the deceased in mess and property since long. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of additional dowry and torture have been leveled against all the accused persons. Petitioner is lady and she is in custody since 21.05.2025 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025 in connection with Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran subject to the following conditions :- (i). Petitioner will remain physically present in trial on each and every date till the disposal of the case
