The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly, a country-made pistol is recovered from the waist of co-accused.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioners are in custody since 15-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. A country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the waist of co-accused. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019.
