2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief- "i. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to publish the final result of the petitioner (B.Sc) Hons (Botany) for academic year 2021-2024.

ii. To direct the respondent authorities to publish the final result without any further delay for academic year 2021-24 otherwise the petitioner lost his precious one year time for future reference."

After advancing some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner is prepared to file a fresh representation before the Controller of Examination, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the Controller of Examination, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.3) to dispose of the representation within a fixed time-frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Controller of Examination, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.3) within one month from today. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of within a further period of three months from the date of receipt/production the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Needless to emphasize that the final order, which shall be passed by respondent no.3, should be a reasoned and speaking order, and in case the petitioner is found entitled to the reliefs, which the petitioner would be claiming through the representation, then the same should be extended to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the final order by respondent no.3.

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and

4/4 liberty granted, this writ application stands disposed of.
