SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-07-2015 In the light of my order dated 20.07.2015, Collector, Sitamarhi is present and states that as per the resolution of the Appointment Committee dated 18.04.2015, all Class-IV appointments made on the basis of number of working days have been cancelled and for preparing fresh panel steps in terms of the circular dated 03.12.1980 and similar other circulars i.e. 26.05.1987, 25.04.1997 is being taken and in that regard more than twenty thousand applications
Patna High Court MJC No.4497 of 2013 dt.22-07-2015 2/2 have been received, which are under consideration and the panel shall be published by 30.09.2015 and after receiving objections, appointment in the light of the said panel shall be made following the roster from amongst the candidate peons within another two months.
