The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of impersonating themselves in the competitive examination of constable in lieu of another candidates.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-08-2019. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. The allegation, made in the FIR is denied by the petitioner. Case No. 34 of 2019.
