The petitioner has challenged the constitution of Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti. The tenure of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samit is three years. Out of three years, two years has already expired.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the Court does not

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance as to constitution of Vidyalaya Shiksha Samit.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
