Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that she was not kidnapped by this petitioner, rather she herself has gone with him. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63361 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S.
