The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/20, of the NDPS Act.

Allegedly, one mobile, 10 Ativan Tablets and three currency of Rs 500 denomination have been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One mobile, 10 Ativan Tablets and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61847 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 three currency of Rs 500 denomination are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. and Sections 42 & 50 of the NDPS Act.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019.
