JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs for direction the respondents to allot the topoland which is under possession of petitioner since long back near about 70 years and the petitioner paying Rent to the Government against the aforesaid topoland and the house of the petitioner which was situated on that aforesaid plot area 1.69 Decimal has been demolished by the Respondent No. 3 by order dated 7-7-2023 without giving proper opportunity to the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Munger for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
