2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on the information of excavating the sand from the land of informant, when the police came, the accused persons fled away. Further case of the prosecution is that on the departure of the police, the accused persons intimidated the informant. The allegation against the petitioner is of opening fire and also of inflicting knife blow upon the informant's brother, as a result of which, he sustained injury.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69519 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 there is case and counter case between the parties. The nature of injury is simple. Both the parties are agnates. The dispute arose between the parties for petty feud.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
