The present writ petition has been filed, seeking following reliefs :- "(i) That the appropriate writ or direction be issued commanding the respondents to consider and grant the 1st and 2nd A.C.P. in pay scale of Rs. 55009000 and Rs. 6500-10500 respectively in the light of the ACP Rule, 2003.

(ii) That accordingly an appropriate writ or direction will also be issued to the respondents to revise the pension, gratuity and other consequential benefits on account of the grant of 1st and 2nd A.C.P."

Having regard to the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant

Patna High Court CWJC No.20613 of 2019 dt.23-10-2019 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur, Bihar by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur, Bihar shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, any outstanding amount is found payable, the same would be paid within a further period of six weeks therefrom.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
