1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.4.2012 passed by Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Dhamdaha District, Purnea in Case no. 09/2011-12 and Case no. 78/2010-11 under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act and also subsequent order dated 29.5.2013 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in Land Dispute Appeal no. 163/2012.

3. Admittedly, alternative forum in the shape of the Bihar Land Tribunal was available to the petitioner to challenge the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.20577 of 2013 (3) dt.07-08-2017 dated 29.5.2013 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in Land Dispute Appeal no. 163/2012 but even then the petitioner approached this court.
