JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is payment for difference of arrears of salary. Since the issue as to the entitlement has not been adjudicated as yet by the University, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to file exhaustive representation before the Registrar of the University (respondent no.3).

In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the Registrar of the University will enquire into the matter and after verification of the record as to the entitlement of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3637 of 2018 dt.20-03-2018 2/2 will pass a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three months.

In the matter of taking decision, the respondent Registrar is required to summon the record from respondent no.4, to which the petitioner claims to have worked.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
