1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) In the nature Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to pay the petitioner the salary of year 1995-1996 to 1996-1997 to the tune of Rs 1,64,000/ (approx) and payment of Dearness allowance / Compulsory Deduction for the period of 1979 to 1990 along with admissible interest to the tune of Rs 6, 23,297/- aggregating total to Rs 7,87,297/- for the service render at Bihar State Agro Industries development corporation limited (herein after referred as corporation)"
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.14784 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
