2. The petitioner claims that he is President of Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Inter College, Bhalua, P.S. Barharia, District-Siwan. The said College is privately managed institution, according to the petitioner.

3. This application has been filed seeking direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3,i.e., Bihar School Examination Board to treat Anand Kumar Sharma as Incharge Principal of the said College, who was duly appointed, according to him, by the

College Managing Committee and restrained one Ram Autar Yadav (Respondent No.6) to perform any function as Incharge Principal of the said College.

4. This application was filed in the year 2013. The dispute is apparently between the Members of the Managing Committee of the said College, i.e., between private parties. The dispute of this nature between the two private parties need not be gone into in writ jurisdiction.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
