2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 557 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143(3) of the BNSS 2023, Section 3/14 CLPR Act, Section 75, 79 of the J.J. Act and Section 16, 17, 18 of the Bounded Labour System Abolition Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
