In the background of land dispute, it has been alleged by the informant, Bindeshwari Yadav, brother of deceased, Birendra Yadav that Abhimanyu Yadav shot at which ultimately proved fatal. Presence of these two petitioners happens to be as members of unlawful assembly.

Accordingly, petitioners, Shreechand Yadav and Kundan Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Supaul in Triveniganj PS Case No. 277/2016.
