JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and University.

In view of the fact that review petition is pending before the Hon'ble Chancellor filed on 19.12.2017, the writ application is disposed of with a request to the Hon'ble Chancellor to expeditiously dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner.

It is expected that the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor will place the relevant records for expeditious disposal in order to obviate further complication in the matter. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2256 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 to file a petition before the Hon'ble Chancellor for interim relief in view of the fact that the review petition is pending before the Hon'ble Chancellor, yet the University has passed order on 18.01.2018 pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Chancellor, which is now subject matter of review and pending before the Hon'ble Chancellor.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
