JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order passed by the Certificate Officer, Mines, Patna Circle, Patna in Certificate Case No. 81 of 2014-15, whereby and where under non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner without issuing proper summons/notice. In view of the limited scope of the present writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Certificate Officer and file a detailed representation within a period of three weeks from today whereafter the
Patna High Court CWJC No.966 of 2018 (2) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 Certificate Officer shall adjudicate the matter, in accordance with law.
