The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.3.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.38222 of 2020 and order dated 27.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.15323 of 2022.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have shot the elder brother of the informant leading to his death. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 17.12.2019 and there is no chance of the trial

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
