Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Vide Annexure-18 the Regional Deputy Director Education has issued direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment),Madhubani in connection with payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner but respondent District Programme Officer is sitting tight over the matter. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents cannot keep the matter pending. They have to decide the claim o and ensure payment of arrears expeditiously. Referring to Annexure-18 he submits that Regional Deputy

Considering the contents of letter contained in memo no. 934 dated 24.08.2017 the court deem fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Regional Deputy Director of the Education afresh alongwith a copy of this order and in case such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month, the respondent Regional Deputy Director is required to see that the order passed on 24.8.2017 is taken to its logical end.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent Regional Deputy Director within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
