In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 13.2.2017 passed by the Collector, Madhepura in E.C. Act (Confiscation) Case No. 12 of 2016, whereby and whereunder, the Bolero Pickup Van, bearing Registration No. BR-43G-1574, has been confiscated under the Essential Commodities Act. The final order has been passed. The petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal raising all the points before the appellate authority.
