JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42342 of 2022 and for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 30.09.2022 whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but in the address portion the name of father of petitioner is Md. Shariful which is his nick name, but as per the Aadhar Card his name is Md. Tasirul, therefore, prayed for addition of Md. Tasirul in address portion of the original order.

The same may be corrected and read as Md. Tasirul @

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3753 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 Md. Shariful.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below. The order dated 30.09.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
